Builder and architect, owner of a Prague building firm. Studied at Prague and Viennese technical schools and at Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. Employed in his project office a number of important architects and artists including Emil Kralicek, Oldrich Tyl and a sculptor Celda Kloucek. Erected and collaborated on several important Secessionist and Cubist buildings.
